1A David psalm, when he was out in the Judean wilderness.God—you're my God!I can't get enough of you!I've worked up such hunger and thirst for God,traveling across dry and weary deserts.

1A Psalm of David, when he was in the wilderness of Judah. O God, You are my God; I shall seek You earnestly; My soul thirsts for You, my flesh yearns for You, In a dry and weary land where there is no water.

2So here I am in the place of worship, eyes open,drinking in your strength and glory.

2Thus I have seen You in the sanctuary, To see Your power and Your glory.

3In your generous love I am really living at last!My lips brim praises like fountains.
