1" 'That's when Michael, the great angel-prince, champion of your people, will step in. It will be a time of trouble, the worst trouble the world has ever seen. But your people will be saved from the trouble, every last one found written in the Book.

1«In quel tempo sorgerà Michele, il grande capo, il difensore dei figli del tuo popolo; vi sarà un tempo di angoscia, come non ce ne fu mai da quando sorsero le nazioni fino a quel tempo; e in quel tempo, il tuo popolo sarà salvato; cioè, tutti quelli che saranno trovati iscritti nel libro.

2Many who have been long dead and buried will wake up, some to eternal life, others to eternal shame.

7"The man dressed in linen, who straddled the river, raised both hands to the skies. I heard him solemnly swear by the Eternal One that it would be a time, two times, and half a time, that when the oppressor of the holy people was brought down the story would be complete.

7Udii l' uomo vestito di lino, che stava sopra le acque del fiume. Egli alzò la mano destra e la mano sinistra al cielo e giurò per colui che vive in eterno dicendo: «Questo durerà un tempo, dei tempi e la metà d' un tempo; e quando la forza del popolo santo sarà interamente spezzata, allora tutte queste cose si compiranno».
