Pois assim que observou o pingente e as pulseiras de ouro, e quando ouviu sua irmã Rebeca relatar: “Eis como o homem me falou”, ele saiu em busca daquele homem e o achou ainda de pé junto aos camelos, na fonte.

Acontece que Labão tinha visto o pendente e as pulseiras nas mãos de sua irmã e ouvido as palavras de Rebeca, sua irmã, que dizia: “Ele me falou assim e assim.” Por isso foi até onde ele estava e o encontrou em pé junto aos camelos, ao lado da fonte.

[29-30] Rebeca tinha um irmão chamado Labão, o qual viu a argola no nariz da irmã e as pulseiras nos seus braços e a ouviu contar o que o homem tinha dito para ela. Labão saiu correndo e foi buscar o empregado de Abraão, que havia ficado de pé, ao lado dos camelos, ali perto do poço.

Había visto el anillo en la nariz de su hermana y las pulseras en sus muñecas, y había oído a Rebeca contar lo que el hombre le había dicho. Así que corrió hasta llegar al manantial, donde el hombre aún estaba parado al lado de sus camellos.

Labán se había fijado en el anillo y las pulseras en los brazos de su hermana, y también la había escuchado contar lo que el criado le había dicho. Por eso salió en busca del criado, y lo encontró junto a la fuente, con sus camellos.

Rebeca contó todo lo que le había dicho ese hombre, y Labán la estaba oyendo. Cuando Labán vio el anillo y los brazaletes que llevaba su hermana en los brazos, se acercó al hombre que estaba de pie junto a la fuente, al lado de sus camellos,
